Freeroam City Online, also called Freeroam City Online 3, is an open world game that is similar to Grand Theft Auto. You can play with different vehicles and win cash prizes to unlock new vehicles and customize those you already own.

Though there are other similar simulation games on the market, most require that you add a debit card or a credit card to make purchases within the app. This is one of the few simulation games that gives you access to some great features without asking for any money.
